Amana Elite Ventures Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all tours and services provided by Amana Elite Ventures. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01/04/2024.
Please read them carefully before making any bookings to ensure you understand the operating procedures.
Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including a valid visa and passport, for their trip. Any costs or issues related to obtaining these documents are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due either two weeks before the arrival date or in cash upon arrival, before the start of the tour. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.
If the total price is less than 1000 USD or if the booking is made less than 20 days before your arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. You will be notified by email when your balance is due, which is 20 days before your departure date. All prices quoted by Amana Elite Ventures are in USD ($) and per person. All payments and refunds are processed in USD. Amana Elite Ventures is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the time of booking and the time of refund.
Prices
Prices are subject to change due to factors such as currency fluctuations, government taxes, and supplier costs. Any changes will be communicated to the traveler before their trip. Any increase due to changes in government laws, such as tax adjustments, will be added to the invoice.
Itinerary and Routes
The itinerary and routes are subject to change based on factors such as weather, road conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Amana Elite Ventures reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the tour to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all travelers. In the event of flight changes, any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Promotional Use
Amana Elite Ventures reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Travelers who do not wish to be featured in promotional materials should inform their tour guide in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of tour booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined below:
- Cancellations received up to 25 calendar days before the scheduled departure: 15% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 15–24 calendar days before the scheduled departure date: 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 7–14 calendar days before the scheduled departure date: 60% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received within 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure date: 80% cancellation fee.
If you need to make changes to your tour arrangements, please notify us via email at least 3 weeks before departure. Changes made within this timeframe are free of charge.
Insurance
It is highly recommended that all travelers obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation. Amana Elite Ventures is not liable for any costs or losses incurred during the tour. We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to cover any contingencies.
Data Protection
Amana Elite Ventures respects the privacy of all travelers and complies with data protection regulations. Traveler information will only be used for communication purposes related to the tour.
Group Joining Safaris
Group Joining Safaris consist of clients with different interests who agree to travel together for a shared safari experience in Africa. Prices may vary among clients based on activities or booking dates; therefore, we ask that you do not disclose your safari price to other clients. We encourage respect, camaraderie, and a positive spirit among all participants in a Group Joining Safari.
Booking
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and the signed booking form. Changes to bookings, such as dates or the number of travelers, may incur additional charges
